Use Ontario's bounty of tomatoes to make this speedy salsa.
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained, sliced
- 1/2 onion, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, shredded
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup canned sliced green chilies or to taste
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Process tomatoes, onion and garlic. Stir in remaining ingredients.
