A North York franchise of Play It Again Sports has achieved a gold standard.
The sporting goods and fitness equipment franchise is located at 5863 Yonge St. near Finch Avenue.
The gold standard is reached when a store achieves a set of standards set forth by the franchisor during the evaluation process. The North York store achieved the customer satisfaction, store operations and product quality standards to earn the recognition.
"Being recognized as a gold standard store is a very significant accomplishment, but even more, it means we're succeeding in providing our customers the best shopping experience possible," said Mike Somerville, the franchise owner.
The store provides a place to trade in quality, used sports and fitness equipment.
